Hate getting rid of this but my child has just outgrown it. So much function in a small space. Comes with a twin top bunk, a convertible couch with cushions that turns into another twin XL, and a trundle drawer for storage or another pull-out twin XL mattress, built in shelves below the top bunk, also features a desk on rollers that fits behind the couch. Stairs also have storage in each step. Comes with two mattresses, a bottom mattress cover, and couch cushions. Complete dimensions with everything tucked in is 104 in wide 50 in deep and 66 in tall. Everything is in mint condition and comes from a clean smoke-free home. Original cost was $4300
