Needs a Certificate of Title or Application for Duplicate or Paperless Title - REG 227. due to when I got the truck signed over to me, a couple weeks later the pink slip, my social security, & birth certificate were stolen out of truck, but have original owners name on the registration card so the DMV will give you the paperwork you need. I have NWV report on vehicle verified on vehiclecheckers.com. No problems except for a little nicks from tree branches working in the orchards. Automatic. Tags expired 2020. Brand new battery.
