You have to work really hard to get only one star from me.  This is the objective simple truth: I called inquiring about a car, and said that I would be in to see it approximately 30 minutes later. I was specifically asked to wait one hour so that they could "prepare" the car.  I then show up exactly one hour later, and they tell me that the car was taken to their other location for a test drive! There was no apology, no attempt at follow up, and no thanking me for taking time out of my busy schedule to come and see the car. They missed every mark. I will not be back, and and I suggest finding another car dealership from which to purchase a car.

I am very thankful I went to Karplus. Rafael Nieto was very helpful and efficient. We really appreciate good service. I’ll go get that BMW next week!!

Warning!!!!!!! Stay away from this place they like to add on a lot of useless fees. I live in the Central Valley were I did some shopping but decided to come down south to see if I could find a good deal. I found a decent price on a web add for the vehicle, went through the process of looking and inspecting the vehicle so it’s now numbers time right. When we got to the table the price went up 5k when I asked he said don’t worry you are getting web price, by the end it’s was up 10k then I asked to break it down to me and it had all kinds of fees from lenders fee to useless security devises. Note they won’t sell you the car without all there “height tech devices” LOL

I really appreciated the service Rafael Nieto provided he was very helpful and insightful, overall i valued the fact that they valued my time and got me out the same day with the upgrade i wanted

Gustavo (nice guy) sales person walk through with me got the car i liked drove and than agreed to buy it then he tells me there's 3 accessories that comes with it $1495 for theft security plus 2 additional accessories of $695 ($25 at Amazon) in total about $3000 additional to the price agreed.

Left the place immediately lost half a day of my time
