I’m sorry to see her go- but I'm moving on from the Pace built Falcon 16. Its been a lot of fun!

 This 16 foot fiberglass 1962 classic swing keel, pace brand trailer sailer motor sailboat can go about anywhere, and do about anything. It has a 10” draft making it easy to beach, tie up and land where you like, and it is nearly unsinkable.(Trust me I've tried) I’ve taken her entirely around manhattan island, and even under the Verrazano. If you don't sail it still makes a great little fishing boat handles great with a small motor on the back. Seats 4 easily, and can take 5. The foam filled hull can do 15 knots under sail and 6-10 with a small 4-10hp motor. She's fast! Comes with original sail, a new rudder, new mainsheet, anchor, paddle, rain tarp and a jib and all the hardware to get going. Running Lights and a bilge pump have been installed as well. She's a little hard around the edges, but tough. Mostly needs cosmetic repairs and some love and affection. I’ve been running her in the east river which isn’t for everyone- but she’d do great out in the bay or lake as a sailboat or fishing boat.
 Did I mention the trailer? It is in great shape. Ready to roll. The trailer is worth a few hundred on its own. There is much original hardware as well as many replacements over the years. If you want a quick and affordable way to get into the water before the end of the season this is it! Currently housed in Bushwick brooklyn. Great listing, just want it to go to someone who will appreciate her. I have a great 7.5 Evinrude 2stroke outboard that just needs a new a throttle cable that would go great with it.
