45lb Olympic barbell. 2” collar for Olympic weights. It has the center knurling for better grip with cleans. The collars have great spin. I’ve used this for years and had zero issues. 1000lb capacity. It has a bit of weathering but it doesn’t hinder the use and spin at all. Deadlifts, bench press, clean and jerks, snatches, squats, hip thrusts, bent over rows, bicep curls, shoulder presses, shoulder shrugs, front raises, up right rows… you get the idea. It’s definitely not a premium barbell but it’s not one of those $70 allen Key bars. Ft Lauderdale (near the broward courthouse)
