Cleaning of the appliances: All appliances are disassembled and cleaned with a bleach / dawn solution. After washers are cleaned, we fill them with water and a bacteria killing solution and let it sit for 12-24 hrs. Once again they are used appliances and are not perfect, but we do the best we can to give you used, clean, appliances. We also offer repair services. Call for details. WARRANTY All large appliances have a One Year Warranty. All units are used and not perfect or new. They are sold as-is in working condition. Warranty Options: 1. You bring the appliance to our workshop - No service fee. You only pay for the part. 2. We come to your home and fix it. - $60 service fee plus price of part. 3. We walk you through the repair and help you order the parts to your home. - You pay for the part. We are not responsible to verify proper connections in your home. In some instances a washer will not function correctly if your flooring is soft or unlevel. All dryers need proper venting. If the dryer vent is clogged or obstructed the dryer will not function correctly and will overheat or stop heating. Please verify that the dryer venting is 4" in diameter. To find more specifics on dryer venting, please refer to Florida building code (which can now be found online). We are not responsible for damages to units left in uncontrolled temperatures, such as; a washer tub cracking when left outside in freezing temperatures or parts melting when left inside without air conditioning. Please never unplug a machine while it is in use. This causes a short that can destroy a computer board in any appliance. Please completely turn off the appliance before you remove the plug. In some models you may need to hold the start button down for 10-15 seconds. In refrigerators please turn the thermostat completely down before unplugging. Make sure all lights are off on the appliance before you remove the plug. Please understand that warranty fraud is the same as insurance fraud. It is theft and has the same penalties under law. Please do not attempt or assist anyone in committing warranty fraud or we will prosecute accordingly. SURGE PROTECTORS All appliances with normal plugs need to be plugged into a surge protector for the appliance to be covered under the warranty. There is an additional $7 charge per surge protector added to the price of the appliance. Some of the surge protectors we sell have a warranty of up to $50,000 of additional protection. Surge protectors are specifically designed to protect computer boards inside of different appliances, such as; tvs, washers, refrigerators, ect. Surge protectors even help protect timers in the different appliances. Please plug everything into a surge protector.
