I have a couple tv mounts. Only one never opened in box but 2 other mounts with all pieces and screws and other pieces to put up. They have worked well for me in the past, have had no problems but now all my TVs are 75”or bigger and so don’t need any of these mounts. One in box never used or opened and two opened but with all pieces and screws included to put up. It also comes with a hdmi cord in the new one and if you want the used ones I will supply a hdmi cord if needed. It also has a level that comes with it so you can make sure you are straight as can be. Easy put up and take down with electronic screwdriver or if needed you can use a hand held screwdriver I have and it worked fine just a lil more work. Used ones $25 used ones are in like new condition. Just your preference and the one thing the new one has instructions but I’m sure you can find on internet or I can help you find no problem.
