The nut is in excellent condition. 99% fret life. Only a small scratch on the bottom of the guitar. I have set the action, intonation, and pickup height. The frets have been polished and checked. The inside cavity is shielded to reduce hum. All the screws have been tightened. It’s strung with brand new strings (10s). This is work that is done to every guitar I sell. This one is a little different because I dropped in new full size alpha 250k pots (instead of the dime sized 500k pots). It sounds as a strat should. It has a bunch of character!
