I have an Oreck XL Commercial vacuum that I originally picked up for a business I no longer operate. So now it just sits alone in my closet for the most part & does not get used even for my own home (Already have a home vacuum that I prefer to use) Those of you who have janitorial/maintenance experience know the worth & value of these vacuums. And also know how great of a tool these babies are when you are in need of a vacuum that is light, durable, reliable, and going to get the job done efficiently and with the best results and minimal issues. Bought it for $180 brand new and literally used it 5 times, I'm asking $100 OBO. Price is negotiable and I have realistic expectations but also am very aware of it's worth.
