This hand-crafted and therapeutic bath soak is all about self-care fit for a queen! Cleopatra, of Ancient Egypt, was known to incorporate milk baths in to her daily routine. Her beauty is well documented; she bathed in milk to keep her skin glowing and youthful. We now understand that the lactic acid and rich fat content in milk is where these benefits originate. The aroma of rose has a cleansing and soothing effect on the emotions and the heart. This scent allows for recognizing and reconnecting with one's own inner beauty. Dead sea salt invokes deep relaxation, improves blood circulation, reduces inflammation and relieves muscular tension and pain. On the skin layer, it aids in making skin feel more smooth, supple and moisturized. Baking soda is added in to assist in softening and drawing impurities and toxins out of the skin. The combination of organic rolled oats and honey reduces signs of aging, exfoliates and minimizes blemishes, and adds to the skin softening and moisturizing properties of the soak.
