Vintage French Provincial Highboy. Solid Birdseye maple wood with lovely natural wood marbling. The wood is in decent condition, very beautifully sealed with veneer. A lot of scuffing that could be removed with a deep cleaning. There’s a few scratches and chips throughout and I took pictures to be as accurate as the dresser actually looks. Overall the structural integrity of the Highboy is perfect condition. The Chest stands really high with five spacious drawers that all slide well except the bottom one has a light resistance. But allwere crafted with dovetail joints. Each drawer is accented with two vintage bronze ornate French provincial Drawer Pulls. The Highboy is supported by four wood claw foot legs. These lovely legs are each embellished with a shell motif. Condition is decent condition. The front bottom of the dresser is missing a piece of the paneling and the bare wood beneath is exposed, however this would be a satisfying beautiful project piece for someone who would like to take that on. It needs a deep cleaning, I’ve wiped it off but it still needs a really deep cleaning. I would love to restore it, but I’m too busy. This is a very Collectible French provincial style Chest with huge potential, sold as is and must pick up and move yourself from Fullerton. 37 1/2” Length 20 1/2” Depth 50 1/2” Height I thought this was a Drexel because I found an identical Drexel Highboy online, but there’s no mark on it
