New never installed. Great deal ! Have a backup to get you home. Fix that board in your closet that doesn't work. This SR battery works on *ALL* Boosted Boards (except the V1). This battery has 99 watt hours of power, so it can be brought on most major airlines ! Just switch out your XR battery and fly with your board. Still has shipping tape on it as seen in pictures. Yes, I will even guarantee it ! I think a week or two is fair. Bring it back and get your money back.
