DESCRIPTION - Vintage 17” Champion Royal Gold Blue White Porcelain Ceramic Vase Urn with Lid in European/Meissen/Sèvres Style, Handmade & Handpainted in China - Exquisitely hand made fine porcelain vase that is adorned with numerous hand crafted gold and white painted flowers. The upward flaring gold and blue leaf embellishments on the sides of the vase create that champion/trophy-like appearance - The center panel of the front and back are skillfully decorated with delicate purple pansies on one side symbolizing memories and loving thoughts and a rose pink peony on the other side symbolizing honor and compassion - The beautiful gold and blue hand painted accents produce a majestic and royal impression - Although “Made in China,” this vase clearly takes inspiration from European styles: French Sèvres porcelain and/or German Meissen porcelain. - INCLUDES: Vase, lid - Item #1043 - CAUTION: Gold and white flowers attached to vase are pointy and sharp. SPECIFICATIONS (Approximately) - Vase with Lid: 17" height x 7.5" width x 6" depth - Weight of Vase+Lid: 5.3 lbs CONDITION - Very GOOD: Slight wear/imperfections - Slight imperfection: Lid does not fit flush inside the mouth of the vase (see pics) - There are a couple of broken petals on the gold and white flowers above the center panel flower paintings, not very noticeable (see pics).
