Selling my fully built off grid skoolie. It’s a 1987 international s-series with the reliable Dt-466 Diesel engine. I bought this already built for my family to live in on our east coast property but since then our plans changed. I’ve only had it since spring so my knowledge about every detail of what is had is limited. It has- Full sized spring mattress that sleeps 2 (with lots of storage space under the bed) The table coverts into another bed The sink has an electrical water pump that runs of the solar. The pump also heats the water. The water is stored in around a 5-10 gallon container and the sink drains into a grey water container. There is a water filter with a few extra filters, that purifies almost any kind of water, including the ability to clean dirty microbial unsafe creek water. It has a really nice 4 panel solar system up top, I’m not sure the watts. (I’ll have to look through my manuals for the specs) it charges 2 large batteries. The bus is equipped with LED lights in every area. Has a water efficient washer and dryer in the laundry room. A very clean composting toilet that costed about $1000 alone There is a fold out bath with a manual shower pump that is self filled with warm water from the water heater Mini wood stove Mini fridge/freezer Comes with a little electric stove top Electrical outlets in the bedroom It also has a WiFi router and antennas that hook up to the top, so you will be able to have Internet while camping off grid. All the manuals for these things will come with the bus. This bus has already been registered as a RV by the state which is a huge perk. Vehicle has current registration with a clean title. Bus was looked over by a mechanic with previous owner. Everything seems good. Starts up, runs fine. Drove it 1.5 hours haven’t moved it since. 220,000 miles. Previous owner put on brand new tires that costed 3k. So very little miles on them now. I had a brand new radiator tank put in also. This is an awesome skoolie and it is very special to us, so it’ll be hard to let go but I know someone will give better use to it. It’s too good to let it sit around unused. Asking price is $13,000.
