Selling a futon mattress because I'm moving into a smaller apartment and no longer have the room for it. This is a high quality futon that my family paid a lot for since at the time we didn't have enough rooms for everyone. The couch itself is extremely comfy as well as the pull out bed. The futon is very robust and has a very sturdy and solid feel when using the bed. Pulling it out into a bed is extremely easy with just a pull forward on the leather handle on the top back center of the couch and it folds out with minimal effort. The leather on the couch is in great condition as well as the sofa part as well, the leather has a few small scratches on the back from being up against the wall but nothing noticeable from the front and none of the leather is torn. Perfect for someone who has or wants to be able to have guest stay over without having an extra room for them to stay in. Or simply someone who wants the ability to pull out a bed and watch movies in the living room like I did. The couch alone is very comfy and not to soft and everyone who has sat on it or used the pull out has told me the never would have guessed it was a futon because you can not feel the bed at all through the couch itself.
