I found this item in perfect condition on Facebook market place recently. It is incredible but too big for my space. The brand is room and board and seats 4 people thus it likely retailed for at least 4,000. No rips or stains! I had to get a couch doctor to remove the sides to get it into my space and then resemble. The process took only an hour and there’s no signs of disassemble/reassemble but I am aiming to get back that expense and the moving expense with this listing price. 7 ft long / 4 ft wide / 2.5 ft tall Located in west village — must pickup!
