—I am open to fair offers— Solidly built hardwood armoire. Can be used as a small work station as well as for clothing storage. Multiple shelves. Built in light fixture with 3 lights. 2 built in and finished holes to accommodate electrical cords/wiring. Was originally set up for a tower pc and has a side area to accommodate the tower. Has a built in pull out tray for a computer keyboard (which can easily be removed if desired). Dimensions: Width- inside 39.5” overall 47.25” Height- inside 70” overall 77.5” Depth- inside 21” overall 25.5” The armoire has a rustic feel to it being unfinished and is in great shape. There is one minor flaw on the top decorative piece. On the right hand side at the very top, one of the wood decorative pieces is missing. The easy fix for this would be to remove the front and left side pieces so it would match. Alternatively, the entire decorative top could be altogether removed. I currently have this piece in my storage unit and will sell it from there. Any interested buyers may contact me to set up a time to meet to view it. The storage unit is located off of Folsom Blvd & Mercantile Drive (between Sunrise & Hazel). Please come prepared for loading and transporting this item as it is heavy and quite large. I am unable to physically help with the loading due to a recent spinal surgery so 2 people minimum will be required. No holding & x-posted
