This Catalina 27 is in nice shape and very clean. Was original built as an outboard model. The real big advantage to having this over the inboard atomic model is you don’t have fuel inside the boat or have to rebuild the old atomic so no oil or other issues in the boat or a shaft to maintain with thrush holes with bearing and gasket. Comes with an Autohelm 800 auto pilot. Flat screen TV. All cushions were just redone at a cost of over $2,000! Comes with a nice main sail, Genoa, and a spinnaker! Working depth finder. Built in speakers. Brand new compass! 1976 Catalina 27’ sailboat. Boat is in great shape! Wood looks nearly new. Very clean. Table drops down into bed. V berth, single berth, side bench, and drop down table conversion make for sleeping up to 6 people pretty comfortably. Rigging and lines are all good. I climbed the mast to inspect the pulley and replace a halyard line. Comes with a 1994 two stroke johnson 8 motor that fires right up and works fantastic! Has a little kitchen with a sink with a freshwater tank and an automatic pump. Has a head with a holding tank. Would be a comfortable liveabord or just a cruiser. Currently out at an anchorage in San Diego that is not transferable so you have to find a place where for it but it shouldn’t be hard around San Diego harbor. Can also deliver the boat to Marina Del Ray, Newport, etc.
