This solid wood bunk bed set comes with a ladder and 2 bunkie boards. One bed is pictured, it come with the head and foot boards, 2 side rails, and 4 support slats for the bed. The second bed and ladder are stored securely in a closet. There are 2 bags of hardware, one for each bed. The stock picture shows what it looks like when put together. One bunkie board has been stored in a protective cover. We decided to sell the bed after we disassembled it when our grown son moved out. This solid wood bunk bed set is very sturdy. There a few scratches but overall the bed is in good shape. It goes to together easily with quality hardware.
