Sofa is brand new. It was delivered and once we got it in the room, we realized it wasn’t the color we wanted and were unable to return it. Sofa is from Rooms To Go and was $2200. We realize it was our mistake so are willing to sell it at a 50% discount. You would have to pick up the sofa yourself. You are welcome to come look at it in person. Smoke and pet free house. Dimensions are roughly 11 feet x 8 feet.
