Cold central AC and central gas heater with additional electric fireplace heater, gas stove/oven combo, glass shower and sky light, 2 flat screen TV's with remotes, stereo/DVD player with speakers throughout trailer and outdoor speakers also, outdoor shower, hide-a-bed leather couch, 2 matching leather recliners, typical wearing on 1 chair and couch but all works. Roof in excellent condition. A LOT of EXTRAS, too! Portable 25 gallon sewer storage, all the sewer hoses and hook ups, 3M skirting kit with a lot of extra buttons/velcro etc, 4x8 treated heavy duty porch all 2x6 well built, ONE 35 gal propane tank, TWO 8 gal propane tanks, TWO 5 gal standard propane tanks.
