2017 KZ RV Sportsmen LE Showstopper Welcome to you Greer Summer getaway!  This trailer has it all.  It is in the wonderful Heaslett’s Circle B Cabins and RV Park in the cool Arizona White Mountains.  The trailer is a 24-foot Sportsmen LE and is in excellent condition.  The trailer sleeps two but could easily be converted to sleep two adults and two children.  This trailer is perfect for the empty nesters who want to get out of the heat of the valley.   A 30 foot deck has been built in front of the trailer to allow you to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful Greer weather and wildlife.  Deer, squirrels, elk, and a wide variety of birds flock to the area. Some patio furniture is included and there is a small shed to store your fishing gear.    Inside the trailer there is a queen size walk around bed with a traditional pillow top mattress and a walk-in shower in the bathroom.  For rainy days, the trailer is equipped with a Dish Network Tailgater satellite, receiver and a small television along with two comfy recliners for relaxation. The trailer is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, etc.  You just need to provide your food, clothes and personal items and you are set to enjoy.  Just think, all you need to do is unlock your door and your home!   The RV Park has full hook ups.  You only need to connect to electric and water and you are set.  The seasonal rent is $2750 which covers from May 1st to September 30th.  There is a winter storage fee of $40 per month.  You do not have to store it here for the winter though.  You can pull out and head to Mexico for the winter!  There is a monthly electric bill, but rarely exceeds $50 per month.  You will need to transfer the Dish account into your name.       The trailer can also be sold separately, it does not have to remain in Greer.  It has been parked for 5 years, so it is unclear what condition the tires are in.         The specs for the trailer are at the link below. 2017 Sportsmen LE 201RBLE Travel Trailer | KZ RV
