This couch has only been owned for about a year. No smoking in the house. Unfortunately I do own a cat who has picked at the corner of the couch resulting in that ripped piece you see. Overall a VERY comfortable couch. Selling because my cats fur and the couches material just do not mix well. Ready for pick up ! $400 or best offer !
