Beware of this dealership. They misled a new driver by asking them to return the vehicle under the false pretense of needing repairs, only to repossess the car upon arrival—claiming the payment was 15 days late. No formal notice or letter was ever sent, just one text message. Shortly after, they contacted the financing company, Lobel Financial, to buy the car back. This feels like a predatory and dishonest business practice. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I was in need of a car and saw something of interest while driving by on a Sunday morning. I checked online for more info and found that the car was exactly what I was looking for. The website said they opened at 10, so I went down around 10:20, only to find they were still closed. I called, but it went to voicemail, so I left a message. I then noticed on the window that they open at 11 on Sundays. Since I was already there, I decided to wait.

11 came and went, but nobody showed up. I called several more times, but still no answer. After waiting about 30 to 45 minutes, I decided to leave and try calling later. I called once more around 3 pm and still got no answer.

I have since found a car elsewhere, but I never received a follow-up call from anyone.

I recently purchased a car from this dealership, and I must say the customer service was exceptional. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth buying process. Additionally, the car itself is amazing—exactly as described, well-maintained, and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this dealership for both their excellent customer service and the quality of their vehicles.
