This is a 13 inch Kitchen Nutrition liquid core electric skillet made by Regal Ware. It is 1,200 watts and made of T-304 surgical stainless steel. Regal Ware acquired the West Bend company of West Bend, Wisconsin, including the Lifetime, Royal Queen, and West Bend cookware brands. Regal Ware also makes Saladmaster and American Kitchen cookware. This waterless electric skillet even comes with a stainless steel grater you can insert on the top of the skillet to use as you were cooking! The power control still has a protective plastic piece covering the control that has never been removed (picture 5). In picture 6 you can see the control is showing 215° with water boiling in the pan. The control has a temperature setting, a time setting, a digital display and is the correct control for this skillet. As you can tell by the photos, the skillet looks like new.
