Title in hand, we know the original owner, which is super cool 😀. I just got done gutting the inside and 3/4 paint job with special RV sealant paint. No leaks, solid roof and it can be towed away. Does need new sky light or it can be sealed down. Don’t want it to sit like this over winter.
