Available December 6th. Was working fixing tiny extras as noted but, life has changed and January date is now moved to December. I’m selling as is. with all the extras to do your own thing. $ coming down from 9k to $2,700 and final price. An upgraded older camper. This camper has been stationary for the past 3.5 years. I can not take part in loading or moving. it’s on its blocks and leg jacks. Also included. I will be responsible for undoing and removing the stationary plumbing. Everything is intact and ready to go.  It’s great for a guest house backyard getaway. It contains a 3 burner stove run by propane. I currently have a set up where I plumbed directly into the city so I do not use the water heater. It works but, it’s been awhile. Full wet bath. As you can see by the photos I’ve made this camper my nest. It’s been revamped to feel like a mini tiny home that I have lived in 3.5 years. The sale will include the new all matching paint for touch ups, trim pieces, extra flooring, ceiling and carpet tiles, extra hinges and cabinet door handles and furniture. The camper has a few things needed that I may not be able to install but, will be included with the sale. A new kitchen faucet and bathroom converter faucet. New escape hatch cover as well. Though The original air conditioner on the roof is still attached, I have had it disconnected and use the window AC as you can see in the photograph. It was installed 3 months ago and will have to be removed and reinstalled once the camper is moved and stationary. All jacks and equipment will be supplied with sale including new Rieco Titan 21104 Stable Stix Stabilizer System. Also included are Stromberg Carlson EHS-102-R Second Steps for entryway and a new IKEA KLIPPAN sofa with washable cover. SIDE-NOTE: Bill of sale only. I take no responsibility for loading the camper and it will need a 250 to haul it and fits in a 8foot truck bed. I do have tiedowns that I will include. These are wood campers and heavy.
