Asking for $150 for all together. Comes with a cat tree, only scuffed up a little but nothing too major, but I knocked off about half of what I paid for it. It's already assembled, except for the ladder parts. I want sure how to assemble those parts so I left them off. But I believe I have all the screws you would need to assemble that on. If I don't find them I'll let you know. I think I have the directions as well. Also comes with an automatic scoop kitty litter box.. the bottom tray has some scratch marks and some sticker paper that I couldn't really scrub off, but it's a reusable tray. But you can also buy the disposable trays on Amazon if you'd like to throw this tray away. But I used this one to save money from buying the disposable trays every month. I wiped it down the best I could but there is some kitty litter powder that somehow got into the machine.. I didn't want to open it up and mess it up but some powder comes out when you bang it or shake it. But the machine works just fine. Comes with the plug, but my cat had chewed on the plug when she was little so I would recommend buying a new adapter eventually. But it works fine for now. The price also includes 4 electronic toys, 1 flippy floppy fish that comes with charger, a laser toy that's battery operated, another battery operated toy that lights up and has a feather that pops in and out the machine, and another battery operated toy that has a feather on a string that goes in circles to amuse your cat. Also comes with a few other toys such as a jingle ball, some yarn, 2 mouse lasers, a collar, a walking vest with leash, a huge pop up tent.. the tent does have a few parts that my cat put a whole in when trying to crawl out.. but nothing major that you couldn't use the tent.. also comes with a pink pet carrier, some catnip mist spray for toys, some grooming brushes, a kitty litter scooper that comes with pickup bags, and a battery operated fur daddy machine which basically is used to pick up fur off your couches. The battery is really just for the light.. the cleaning you do manually. All you do is run the machine back and forth on your couch and it collects the hair in the machine for when you're ready to dump it.
