Survivor 1991 Honda Civic Wagon Real-Time 4 wheel drive - great in the snow! 6 speed manual transmission: traditional 5 speed plus super low granny gear. Runs and drives well. Rust free (except muffler) thanks to factory undercoating. Excellent maintenance records. Regular oil changes. 150k miles on the ODO. D16A 1.6L inline 4 cylinder engine - up to 30 mpg! Power steering - fresh Honda type fluid. Manual windows - all glass is good. Good heater for the winter. Working am/fm/tape deck (aftermarket) All original car, never modified. Still has factory RT4WD wheels and mudflaps. Dealer option seat covers. Rear seats fold flat for hauling or camping. Electric seatbelts still work. Thule roof rack with keys included. Good tires all around, 2 are new. Recent professional steering alignment. Fresh Honda manual transmission fluid Reliable and well maintained, but has some issues. I'll do my best to list them here. Functional issues: A/C doesn't work, has a leak near the compressor. Caster of front wheels is less than spec - still handles well and doesn't wear tires. Drivers side rear door doesn't open from the outside, and missing its window crank. Sometimes hard going into 1st gear. Shifter has excessive play from a worn bushing. Battery is on its last leg, won't last long. Exhaust pipe is leaking and muffler has rusted out. Drivers door prop is loose. Occasional "thump" from worn rubber mount behind the rear diff Cosmetic issues: Damage to driver side front fender, poorly repaired and painted, body filler is cracking beneath paint. A few minor dents in body. Some exterior trim is coming off. Scratched and faded paint. Old bumper stickers. 1 small sun crack in dashboard.
