Vintage Eumig Mark-S-709 8mm & Super 8mm Film Projector

This classic has been in our extended family since it was purchased new in the late 1960s. It's been stored for the last 30+ years. It's time to let it go and find it a great new home. Highlights * This is a high-end projector made by Eumig in Austria around 1968 * It can project both Regular 8mm and Super 8mm films -- it has two interchangeable sets of film gates and sprockets * This is a sound projector. It can play and record sound if the film includes the magnetic tape technology used in the late 60’s and 70’s * It is compact and surprisingly heavy - 25 pounds Condition * It powers up, the bulb works, the motor sounds good in forward and reverse * I have not tested a film with it. It has not been inspected or serviced. * Includes the original power cord and accessories in the cover. Does not include film reels. * Missing the name plate from the cover * It's musty smelling Pricing I'm asking $80. Selling as is, knowing it may need some work.
