1963 Topps Pete rose rookie Charlie hustle was active in the 90's signing cards at trade shows in the Midwest. Back then $20 or so could get you standing in front of the legend for about 30 seconds (or less) while he signed your cards , balls, 8x10s, and other items . The fee (back then) was on the higher end for a single autograph but he was the king. I remember waiting in those lines and they were very long. Here is his famous signature ,with his very unique fat looped P and R, in blue sharpie on his most iconic card. Card is not perfect with soft corners and scuffed edges , surface shows it wasn't always protected in a sleeve, showing slight scuffs and debris (dirt, skin oil, and such ) . Still "betting" on HOF status many believe he deserves and if he makes it, his cards and signatures will definitely become more valuable. Comes with 4 screw lucite protector as seen in pics
