I just left METACARSTX. AND IM WRITING THIS REVIEW IN ALL CAPS BECAUSE I WANT THIS TO BE SEEN FOR WHAT I EXPECT MY AUDIENCE TO GET OUT OF THEIR MONEY IF THEY DECIDE TO TAKE MY ADVICE AND GO SEE METACARSTX. FOR THEIR NEXT CAR OR TRUCK PURCHASE! BOLD IN EVRY POSITIVE WAY! I JUST MADE A TRIP TO THESE GUYS TO ATTEMPT TO FIND A VEHICLE FOR MY PERSONAL USE,AND I WAS LITERALLY WELCOMED AT THE FRONT GATE WITH A SMILE AND A EVEN MORE INVITING HANDSHAKE FROM ALBERT WHO BY THE WAY CAME HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FROM A MUTUAL ASSOCIATE. ALBERT ASSESSED MY NEED BY ASKING ME A FEW QUESTIONS AND QUICKLY BEGAN THE PROCESS TO HELP ME FIND THE VEHICLE I WANTED, NO JUST ANY CAR NOR DID HE RUSH, I TRULY FEEL LIKE I MADE THE BEST CHOICE IN BRINGING MY BUISNESS TO METACARSTX. I bought an FJ Cruiser here off of these guys and long story short I have to rebuild the engine because whoever they got working on cars is horrible.   They sold me a rebuilt engine with missing screws, stuff put on backwards, messed up cylinders and so on.    No I dont recommend  these guys at all.

Alberto was super awesome! He explained the process very well and was very helpful beyond means! So happy so excited to buy my vehicle here!

Purchased a car, drove off the lots and the fan quit working. Agreed they'd fix it and bring the car half way to meet us since they were an hr away. They agreed to drive an extra 20 mins to drop off at 2pm. After numerous calls and text that they were on their way, the car finally showed up at 9:30pm. Come to find out the key fob was not an original so it wouldn't unlock the car the fob had to be put in the cupholder to start. They said they would send locksmith out to unlock and reprogram the fob after 4pm. Again waited with multiple calls and text with no response. Waited til 10pm with no show. Then was told they would reimburse us so called a locksmith out to unlock then drove it to the dealership to have a new key fob programmed. They only reimbursed us for the dealership not the locksmith because they said that we locked the key in the car. Told them no, we locked the car but had the fob in hand and would not unlock the car because it was an after market fob and was never programmed nor had the key cut to manually unlock the car. They are nice to sell you a car but after that they won't honor anything they say they would. Absolutely the worst, I'm surprised they are still in business. Pay a little more and go to a reputable dealership!
