NordicTrack Elite 5750 treadmill with warranty

condition: like new make / manufacturer: NordicTrack model name / number: Elite 5750 size / dimensions: 82.6 x 35.55 x 16.65 I bought this treadmill from Sears in August 2017. I have barely used it and I'm now moving and would rather not take it with me. It is still under warranty (picture of dates attached). It's currently on sale at Sears for $1,300.
