Description
This posting is for a working hand cranked (no electricity) 1928 VV 2-35 Orthophonic Victor portable phonograph. It uses steel tip needles for playing 78 RPM shellac records (not 33 1/3 RPM vinyl records). It is in overall very good condition. This Orthophonic model (17" x 15" x 7") has the latest sound reproducer of that time which has an aluminum diaphragm and the sound it produces is AMAZING! Records and extra needles are included. This nice antique is 90+ years old and a great piece of American history! Note: Cash only and you pick up.
