I have this car that was left by someone that died it's a 2003 Volvo xc70 turbocharged with somewhere around 150,000 miles. I have the property owners permission to move the car filled out on the abandoned vichicle form from DMV, all it needs is a level 1 inspection which can be done at any 3rd party DMV and $10 and you can get the title to the car, I have already done a vin check and it's free and clear and the car is locked up with no key but the key might be somewhere on the car.
