Rotimatic for parts or you can chat with customer support for repairing it or exchange it with a refurbished one. The pans are stuck and customer support told it needs to be fixed at their facility. Or they can exchange it with a refurbished one. It is out of warranty, so both of the options repair/exchange will cost money. I don't want to invest any more money in it. So, seeing if anyone wants it. If not for repair/exchange, you can use it's removable parts which are also costly online.
