Description

The issue with this Trailer is. It was set up for mother in law, someone called county and im not zoned for it, now I have to sale it. The slide in the kitchen had a bad roof leak. We completely removed the factory roof and put a metal roof over it. (See in pictures)So it's not made to haul around because the roof has to be unscrewed and removed for slide to go in. When it's opened up it has to have metal roof reinstalled. So it has to be set up permanently. Has a new inline water heater,, Everything else works. Title in hand. $1000 OBO
