Description
Had someone living in it up until recently. Needs some work which is why it’s priced to sell. Front awning not operational. Slider awning functional needs new canvas soon. AC has some problems but is repairable. Minor leak in shower and a few on roof, which can easily be sealed. Needs a good pressure wash and some TLC, but bones are solid. Needs a good pressure wash. Will include portable GE AC unit and bed which is less than a year old and always used a mattress protector.
