The foo on the left is the female hugging her cub, representing yin, protecting the people dwelling inside a home. The foo on the right is the male with a ball under his foot, representing yang, protecting the home itself. Each one is 3 ½” W x 2” D x 3” H. To balance the energy (good and bad chi) of your home and maximize harmony and good fortune, it's important that you arrange foo dogs properly. They should be placed on either side of a door or entryway looking outward. Facing the entrance, the male should be on the right and the female on the left as shown.
