This FREE Nordic track machine works well and gives a fully adjustable workout of both your legs (skiing motion) and arms with pulling action. If you know cross country skiing, you know the motion and great exercise. We have no room for this so want to move to home that will use. Wooden skis and the height of incline is also adjustable to give more or less workout. It is in good shape really including electronic tracker device for time, distance and heart beat. Will consider delivering in the WC area with my pickup if needed.
