100% working with no issues whatsoever. I am the original owner of about 4 years. Only selling it because I am going cordless. You can see it work before you buy it. Comes with $40 worth of replacement bags and an extra belt. Owner's manual included. For those that don't know what this is, Riccar is a top of the line vacuum cleaner and they are expensive. I got tired of my Hoover type vacuum cleaners always breaking, so I bought this Riccar and it has been the very best. Don't take my word for it, Google it. 5 stars on Amazon.
