This is a very interesting hand carved statue. It is truly a one of a kind piece because in order to make this, you need this kind of knot wood formation. It shows a man that might be Middle Eastern or African with a turban. I’m not exactly sure what country of origin it is from, but it is made out of Ironwood and is very heavy. The quality of carving is pretty good.
