I bought my car here and it's been great, with excellent customer service and a willingness to help me at all times. I've been to other places and received very poor service or even received dirty, run-down cars, but here they've taken care to provide me with my used car in top condition. I would definitely finance another car here again. There are very few places like this here in San Jose

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

This is the WORST place to buy a vehicle from! First of all they discussed your file and details with people that are not even cosigning on the account or a part of the car buying purchase to begin with. I was sold a 2015 Chevy Tahoe, with the steering wheel column cover not on it. They went back-and-forth for months, attempting to order the piece, however, the piece they ordered was not the correct piece. I move out of the state and have only had the vehicle since October 2024, because the steering wheel column cover is not on there that led me to believe that they changed out the ignition switch because they didn’t have a key to the vehicle. well, when my tire goes flat, I try to change the tire with a full spare underneath it and realize that the key lock doesn’t match the key that goes to the ignition nor does the key that goes to the ignition match the key lock on the door. So they have sold me a truck that has one key to it which initially wasn’t a problem… However, now if I lose The clicker, then the key that starts the truck will not open the truck nor release the spare. So! I had to drill out the key lock to access the place where you wind the mechanism down to release the tire only to find out that the crowbar pieces are broken. Thanks a lot CARTIME! Next stop….BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! I would suggest that everybody report them to the BBB if you have any issues with your vehicle because doing a Google review is not going to hold them accountable. If they have enough claims with the BBB, then there will be more done and they will be held accountable.

TERRIBLE PLACE TO BUY A VEHICLE!!!

Awesome place to get second hand cars! We worked with Faz Minov and he’s amazing! Explained the car completely, gave us the CarFax, and even wrote in the contract the broken door lock that they are going to fix whenever.  We found the car that we love! If you’re looking for a car in the Bay Area, make sure to check them out! Very smooth process!

I had a terrible experience purchasing a car from Cartime Inc. I originally left a review, deleted it, but the unprofessionalism keeps prevailing so I’m writing again. I bought my car back in February, and now it’s mid-July. The DMV has informed me that Cartime never completed the transfer of liability, so the car is still legally in my name.

When I called to resolve this, I spoke to Sonia. She claimed she didn’t have the VIN number and didn’t know how to find it. Shockingly, there was no manager available to assist her either. Sonia has been working there for several months—she should know how to use the company systems and follow the chain of command, but she clearly doesn’t. To make matters worse, she hung up on me twice during our calls.

The staff at Cartime lack basic follow-up and office skills. Their communication is terrible, and overall, it feels like the entire operation is staffed by people you’d find hanging out in a Home Depot parking lot. Extremely disappointing and stressful experience. I would NOT recommend Cartime Inc to anyone.

Bought a used car from them and sold an extended warranty (Alpha Warranty) has been in the shop four times since I bought it and NOTHING has been covered. They will not offer a refund for the warranty that is worthless and the car is still not fixed. Prices are sky high and the service after purchase is horrible.
AVOID this place at all cost or you’ll be paying for stuff that is not worth it! There are countless other places to buy from. You deserve better than this place
