Description

1998 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD. 4.0L SOHC V6 w/155k miles. Dark blue exterior with tan leather interior. It's in pretty nice shape for it's age and well optioned. It runs very well with no ticks or timing slap. It also drives very well, but it does have a couple minor issues. The interior is clean and not torn up too bad for it's age. The armrest and driver seat are the only slightly rough areas. Clean and clear title in hand. So here's the not so great part.... 1-Yes, it's a 27 year old Indiana truck, so it does have some rust. HOWEVER, it is minimal for it's age. Both rockers have roughly 10" holes in front of the rear wheels (luckily covered by the running boards) and there are a couple spots coming through above both rear wheels. That's pretty much it. 2- The moonroof is stuck down (not fully open, just down like it's about to open). I believe the track is jammed. It's currently taped up. 3- Passenger front wheel bearing is beginning to roar and will need replaced fairly soon. 4- O/D dash light is on. I believe that to be a solenoid. All in all, it's still a great truck that would serve someone well for a long time to come. I'm asking $1800 obo. I might also consider trades. Let me know what you have in mind. Thank you for looking and have a great day!
