Came to Mistlin Honda looking for my very first car to buy for myself with my family, Junior Diaz approached my family and  in such a kind manner offering to help us look for a car. I wanted to test drive a few of them before choosing the one I wanted, He didn’t hesitate to help me test drive each car that I requested. After that we had made a decision with Juniors help.  Tomas Perez had approached us introducing himself and taking us into his office, helping me complete my purchase.  Very very happy with my new car, thank you Mistlin Honda for everything ! We have taken my car to the dealer shop for many years to this location. Today it happened to be my day to take it . I used the shuttle to bring me back home and take me back to pick up my car.  I appreciate that. The older gentleman was really nice too. I felt comfortable in the van .
However, customer service with the men in the office was something else.
I would advise the owner to have his employees go through a training on how to make people feel comfortable in that place.
They truly need to learn customer skills and make people feel welcome.
When you come in they just say, “Can I help you”? What happened with saying good morning or good afternoon? How can we of service ? There was à lack of communication from the service men that helped me.
As a business owner myself, customer service was awful, not helpful. I even had to ask where I could wait for the shuttle becuase he did not even asked me if I needed transportation back or to sign up in the list. I had to figure it all out by myself. Anyways, Honda dealership and for the owner , make your employees learn how to treat customers nicer.

Micah Millentree made my car-buying experience smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. He took the time to really understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions with patience, and never made me feel pressured at any point.
