The Fifth wheel also includes a 30/50 amp power-cord, brand new AGM battery for jacks, two cold air blowing 14,000+ BTU AC units, Automatic water heater, Anderson leveling blocks, indoor/outdoor surround sound system, outdoor LED lighting, Outdoor BBQ gas hookup, full size awning & protective cover, extra hidden drawers within furniture and under sofa storage, a brand new Queen Size Bed and Shower head replaced for the sale. Axels were replaced by manufacturers with paperwork less then a year ago as-well as new rear jacks replaced less then a month ago.
