I have had an extremely good experience purchasing my vehicle from the guys at Lux Auto Depot. Adam Harris went above and beyond for me to not only help me purchase a car that I loved but to also ensure they were able to fix the issues the vehicle had prior to and after purchasing. Sam Lyons was great in assisting in any finance questions and concerns I had as well. These guys really want to make sure their customers are taken care of and I couldn’t thank them enough for making my car buying experience such a great one!

I went to Lux Auto Depot to look at a car for my daughter. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We found a perfect fit for a first time driver. Sam Lyons went over and beyond with fair pricing, and making sure all maintenance was completed on our vehicle. One of the best car buying experiences I have had!

Carter was truly courteous and very kind even though in the front lines and barer of bad news. I had my car towed from another shop, very unpleasant and unlucky with my quest. The car needed a repair and to be put back together which I informed them before having it towed. They accept the car and evaluated the situation.  They used very nice verbiage and worked on it as fast as they could. And Carter was very responsive. appreciated. Then they called to say the car is ready. Note that I informed them I will be going out of town and need the car to be closed up. They even responded with comments regarding liability and needing to do things right. As I came to take my car the bumper was barely attached and the bottom shield in my trunk and they said they couldn’t find the screws and I should take it to a body shop to close it up. They said it was safe to drive and the bumper would not fall. Sadly a few miles and the bumper fell in the middle of the road and the fender liner was eaten away. now I called them back saying that I feel they are taking advantage of my ignorance with cars and putting me at greater risk asking me to drive away with no warning or explanation other than they are not a body shop and they don’t do this work. This information should have come upfront and clarified what they are willing to do and what not. Of course they tell you they did but who’s checking! They were kind enough to offer to replace the liner and attach the bumper for another 1300 ! I am not sure what’s the deal with them but I’m definitely referring to consumers protection office because the fact that they were not upfront and didn’t explain the dangers of driving away in the state they left the car in caused further damage that was absolutely not necessary! And I loved hearing the response but the bumper didn’t fall in our shop and you brought us an old car that someone else has worked on. It feels like mechanics work only on new cars which need no repairs otherwise it’s your fault. Am I misunderstanding the function of a mechanic! Isn’t this why they see the car and tell you what’s wrong!

A really great experience overall! I needed a new car and had been looking for a few days around at other places. Nobody wanted to help when I told them what I could do financially. These guys really made sure that I got into a good car for what I could do. It took only a couple days to get everything worked through with the car I chose after they told me which ones would be possible. I love my Nissan and couldn't be happier with the car or experience I had with this auto dealer!!
