This is a 24-foot 1990 Wilderness Yukon travel trailer by Fleetwood. Clean title in our name. Tags good until April of 2025. GVWR 5400 pounds. Everything works. *****UPDATE : Since the snow storm, a valve has become loose, or an inlet or outlet has been compromised on the hot water heater. It will still light, but I saw it leaking water from the passenger side underneath the tank, so I used the bypass lever to stop water flowing to the tank. Clearly, this will need to be repaired, and it's either a super cheap fix or $100. No water damage occurred as we did not have water connected at the time the damage happened. I don't have time to fix this.**** When we purchased this trailer, it had a leak in the front passenger side ceiling, which we fixed appropriately by ripping the ceiling and wall out and replacing everything. We then sealed the roof with elastomeric paint and self leveling caulk. The interior was disgusting, so we completely cleaned it and painted it, and put in stick on flooring. It is completely different from what it used to be. At 24' It has 2 bunks, a dinette, and a double futon, so it sleeps 5 comfortably or 6 pushing it. Every single thing works. The refrigerator is electric only, though (does not work on propane). The AC absolutely blows cold, and it doubles as a heater as well. The oven and stove top work, and so does the microwave.  The actual heater is driven by the propane tanks. The hot water heater will now need a small repair, of course. The water tank is clean and holds enough for camping a weekend with 6 of us using the toilet and washing dishes.  You can also hook up city water for unlimited water of course and when we've been at campgrounds with water and electricity we can all take showers and use the toilet and sink for maybe 5 days until the black tank gets full. When there's full hookups, you can just live in it.  The interior looks great, but the outside looks old. Needs to be pressure washed again which I may just end up doing. We vulcom caulked the outside walls to protect from leaks. It has never leaked on us except from pressure washing, which has blown through a ceiling vent but never from weather.  This trailer has sat through the snow and rain with no problems.  It has new tires with maybe 2000 miles on them. It comes with a weight distribution hitch system. We are selling this with everything needed including leveling blocks, stabilizer jacks, wheel chalks and stabilizer wheel chalks, outdoor lights,  camping chairs,  outdoor rugs, chemicals for the toilet and wand for cleaning it and a hose for cleaning it as well,  fresh water hose for clean water too and so much more. It's all of the stuff you may not have known that you'll need, and it gets expensive quickly, but you'll already have it. The only thing we aren't selling with it is our 3500-watt inverter generator, which is super quiet, and we have a quiet box for it too to make it even quieter. We would consider throwing the generator in for a but more $. If you're looking for a trailer for your family that is reliable and has everything working and has no leaks and you just don't have a ton of cash to spend then this is absolutly the right trailer for you. There is zero wiggle room on the price as the price we're offering it at is very fair for what you'll be getting, so please don't ask as you but if you do ask I will kindly remind you of the ad tou just read. If it doesn't sell right away, we'll probably just paint the exterior and charge even more for our time and paint. We will consider trades or trades with cash. Possible trades for Masonry labor, Brick Pizza Oven, Contractor work / Electrician / Plumber. It is located near Mall 205 in SE Portland. I will deliver if not too far. Thanks for your time.
