Today's date is April 26th, 2025, and I purchased a 2015 Chevy Tahoe with 127,625 miles. It's a beautiful truck, don't get me wrong, and it was on special, and lord, I tell you, I found out quick why it was on special 33 days later.May 23rd I was getting off the Freeway a block away from Sierra Auto Center and boom check engine light came on and i couldn't drive over 30 mph and I immediately called to Sierra auto center and told them this situation I was asked did I purchase an extended warranty and I said no even though they suggested me too when I was purchasing the vehicle. I  was asked if I had another mechanic look at the vehicle, and I told them, "No, the check engine light just came on a block away from there, car lot." The dealer hesitated, exhaled and said, well, you know, it was, as is I said, I haven't even put up to 300 miles on the car are your serious and he than said well it is a used car 2015 at that  bring in the vehicle, he will get it, checked out next door from the car lot.May 24th  the next day I called, I can just hear It in his voice it was bad news. I was asked, "Was I having problems with the power steering?" I said, no, the check engine light came on and I lost power to the engine i couldn't go over a certain mph  and he than said he was going to have another mechanic come look at it because the previous mechanic could not figure out what was wrong with it after putting it on the machine I asked the dealer why was the vehicle, even on special, was you guys aware something was wrong with the vehicle and just wanted to hurry up and sell it 20k is a lot of money and that's before taxes did yall sell me a lemon he said no, we don't sell lemons. Let me get it checked out for you to buy a more experienced mechanic.. So I did so. I patiently waited, called the very next day, May 25th, and I was told it was the bulley half of the engine is gone. It was a very expensive fix and they will work with me on the repair? And I immediately said, "I'm getting a lawyer." Why should I have to pay to help pay on an engine repair on a vehicle?I just purchased on top of that im go keep having problems with the engine after getting a pulley fixes right and the dealer said, oh yes, I know what you mean they knew my situation, on, why I really needed that truck to continue my deceased fathers, bbq business and to pull a barbecue pit. I never even had the chance to hook up to the hitch.I was told to come pick up the truck and i said im not picking up * thang and  hungup not even an hour later, the dealer called me back and said, you know what I apologize. I see you are under a thousand miles we will work with you and I said nope im getting a lawyer im not keep a car i only had for 33 days and it's practically needing an engine already. My supervisor heard me upset speaking with my mother because I really needed a truck to continue my father's business, and I especially needed it especially needed the truck for July 4th&5th, because I was having his end of life celebrationon my supervisor said hold your chin up and stop crying.I have a perfect lawyer for you and she owes me a favor I will help you.🙏 and you can use my truck for the celebration.🙏 Thank god I knew to start recording after the 1nd phone call because they did take accountability. Something was wrong with the vehicle, and there's no going back on that.

Had a great experience ☺️,  very helpful, friendly customer service. I was ready to give up but then boom, they go above and beyond to make customer happy. They sure made me happy with my new vehicle 🚙... THANK YOU GUYS AT SIERRA AUTO CENTER!!!!
