Contents include a large variety of subjects & instructions, i e drill maneuvers, bayonet use & movements, corporal of the guard, relieving old guard, first aid rules, English -French vocab& phrases, idex. Fold out illustrations too This book is compact, being slightly larger than a pocket size & fits in the palm of your hand. Measures at 4.5" x 6". It's Hardbound with a blue publishers cloth, black text title on cover and spine. There is some hand writing on the inside however is in great, well loved condition.
